Luaus are Hawaiian tradition. A luau is a Hawaiian feast to celebrate special occasions like weddings, birthday parties, holidays, graduations, etc. A luau is a perfect day or night time activity. With planning and imagination, checklist and a budget, you can throw a party to remember.

Attire:
Luaus can be formal or casual. Be sure to let guests know how to dress. Hawaiian shirts and grass skirts or suits and party dresses.

Food and Drink:
Hawaii is a melting pot of cultures, and the food at a luau will represent many hawaiian favorites and many mainland favorites as well. Food is usually served buffet style. Perhaps an open bar is in order serving Mai Tais, cocktails, beer, wine, soda and fruit punch.

Entertainment:
